Ill was paid but our no is still inactivate

I was paid my airtel post paid mobile bill on 24/10 but my number 9987641786 is still inactivate, when i was complined in airtel gallery they was say u will do what ever u want

pls.do the needfull cause i am out of mumbai & getting so much problem
