I recently disconnected my Chennai AirTel post paid connection since I was moving to Pune for a new job. Now my friends are getting calls from AirTel agents saying that I havent paid the bills. And they are talking as if they know everything about my friends and me. They are even enquring about things that we spoke on the phone. Do they really records all the calls? Its in justice.
