I am an Airtel user from last many years.

Two months back i got my prepaid card converted to postpiad from the local dealer of Ludhiana. The details of the dealer are as under: Megha Infosis, shop no 1, block f, jk plaza, orient cinema road, brs nagar, ludhiana.mail id: [email protected], ph no 9815606970.

The issue is that while the time of getting postpaid conversion the executive of this dealer explained me the tarrif plan alongwith the 1000 sms pack costing some 60 rs or 90 rs.

I said ok for that particular plan alongwith the sms pack. Now last month bill came around 2300 which was ok with me as i am getting 2500 from my company.

But this month the bill came 4000 and it was strange to see that the local msges were costing me 1300 rs as the msg pack was not activated.

Might be the executive skipped it from her mind but as i was already aware of my sms usage, just because she skipped from her mind inspite of my saying to get the pack activate, its tough for me to bear this 1300 for no reason.

Please justify...
