NOT REFUND THE REFUNDABLE SEQURITY

This is GOPAL KUMAR (9729585010). I want to know, why that refundable sequrity is not refund from last 10 months. A Postpaid Airtel SIM was purchased by me on 09-03 for net use only. Due to Negetive Verification after correct address, my that number (9896427170) was disconnected, which was purcheded from CHOPRA COMMUNICATION (Sirsa) HRY.After the compaint of that matter no any type of satishfication answer was gave by CHOPRA COMMUNICATION. So pls attention of my this problem. I hope u'll try your best as possible as.i'll thankful for your help & also promote to CONSUMER COMPLAINT ORGANISATION.
