I have a post paid connection from airtel (9810452307). They activated a scheme on my cell withount my approval 3 months ago when i complaint they reverted some amount of it. I made them note not to do this again in future. Last month they again did the same thing and didnt reverted the fulll amount. After compalining they said that you must have got some promotional call because of which the scheme got activated and you will be charged for it. Means they have every right to activate the scheme without the approval of consumer. To what level i should go. This is complete monopoly.
No one is really taking care of these consumer complaints. This is simply the mockery of consumers.
