False assurance

This is the last step which i can take, i respect airtel and i was a very loyal customer of airtel because of its service n delivery of service.on 22nd march i received a cal from airtel executive and she suggested me to change my connection from pre -paid to postpaid, i agreed and they gave assurance it will be done within 3 working days i said ok, documentation and other formalities were done on 24th, but till today nothing is done and the executive has switched off her cell.because of the assurance i did not get my number recharged and today i am loosing my companies business and facing lot of problem as i am in rural area for project, SP have made me fall into higher risks.your small mistake has carved us deep into problems.plz help me what should i do?
