I wish to cancel my postpaid connection with Airtel.and change into prepaid connection.
My mobile No. is 9815339933. i spoke to customer care at 121, was directed to this link. 2 months before, I spoke to customer care at 121 to cancle my postpaid connection and change into prepaid connection subject is that ur authrised dealar make fool me and fraud by ur collection dealar. I was paid my bill as on 26/03/09 but it will be update on 23/04/09 on ur system.its also happend many times before that ur dealar spend this mone his personal uses.i am totaly faidup ur servise.my connection my call my all sevice was stop by company.ur dealar name is lilly telecom its working in nawanshahr area its part of punjab.the recipt no. is Sr. no.2449 for 2500rs. but still my request is pending.
