WRONG SMS & CHARGING

This is in reference to our Airtel connection no.9760098207 {Relationship No.110-100555869} and various SMSs to STOP all kind of downloads and other informations being conveyed through your system, it is regreted to inform you that still some wrong and undue usage of the facility is being entertained by your system and continuously informing from your Service Nos. LM-Nazara, 54321 & 56363, acknowledging the undue charges as applicable.

Kindly note that this type of facility has never been initiated and desired.

It is being once again requested to immediately STOP these activities and correct / update the system, to all our numbers from 9760098201 to 9760098215.

Please ensure that from the time & date of this complaint, such undue amount is not charged to the above account and in case of failure, we will be bound to make the payments by deducting the amount from your post paid bills.

Till date, all your post bills to this account has been paid, irrespective of such undue charges.

Your early and prompt action in this regard shall be appreciated.
