Airtel Postpaid
Lack of proper information and Delay in activation

I have been using airtel postpaid connection. My number is 9789981320. I had opted for a plan called Accenture299 in which the STD can be made @ Re.1/min. but now airtel has been charging more (RS. 2 or 2.4 / min). Please find a solid solution for this at the earliest.
