My outgoing was deactivated without prior intemation, despite of sufficient credit limit.
I have been consistently complaining for call drop problem and increased bill amount because of same.
No action has been taken on the same, hence Ikept payment on hold.
There executive told me to pay amount as per my normal bill amount.
Even after paying the same outgoing is not started.
Through Email they communictaed that it is activated, when informed about not activation, they regreted and asked to pay balance amount.
The amount which they agreed to wave off during telephoniuc discussions.
Please guide.
