I am keeping mobile no. 9810279716 in my name and have been provided corporate plan for billing.
On 6th Nov. I have received a massage on my phone from airtel that on my request, my plan has been changed. I have repetedly telephoned custumer care that no such request has been sent by me. They are not giving me the details about the new plan. The repeated reply I am getting is that due to technical problem they are not in a possition to reply me and contact after four hours.
I shall be greatful for solving my problem. Regards.
