Cheating by giving false promises

I Offered Promised by Airtel Dealer Named Neha (9892584437), Her Boss No 9867934029, Airtel-Airtel 30 p, Airtel-others-75p, STD-75p and 1 number free, and callExecutive Named Sachin (9892077039) came home to collect amount Rs.600 And promised SIM will be given within short duration But At last I collected SIM from gallery; But Scheme was different than what was promised as above. Customer care assured to be solved but no strong proof to be solved. I deactivated the SIM after 15 days.
