Dear All,
I have Airtel mobile connection no 9004063897 (post paid-corporate plan). I am not receiving my original bill since i have took new connection. Every month i have to foolow up with customer care executive. after many follow ups they sending photo copy of bill. and not the original one.
I need original bill for reimbursement purpose.on the basis of photo copy I cant claim the same.
Today is the last day of bill payment but still i have not received the bill. Few days ago I also complaint the same thourough Aitel website, still not recieved any reply from there end. I called today cusmer care executive for my bill, he telling me to do the bill payment without receiving my bill.
Request you to do the needful.
