POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had new airtel connection activated on 22 jan and my no is 9791908116 since then netwok is only one point and complaint given to customer care 121 and they had given complaint no but no use.my complaint was not attended.hence i had appealed to apellate authority incharge of tamilnadu. No developments.

AIRTEL is providing poor network poor customercare. I had used BSNL.AIRCELL, HUTCH, and also RELIANCE .Best operator in network and service is BSNL.IF AIRTEL WILL NOT RECTIFY MY PROBLEM I WILL BE SWITCHING OVER TO BSNL
