Airtel Post Paid: Airtel has not returned the deposit money
This is regarding a very bad experience with Airtel.
I took the airtel conection 9975425307, in 2008 but because of my personal problem I decided to close the subscription. I paid all the outstanding bills and convert this no. in prepaid in nov.
the customer care said me that they will send the refund of the security deposit after 45 days by DD or BY CHEQUE .BUT I never received any cheque from the airtel. Also the relesationship centre is not there on spot.
Could someone help to me get back my security deposit that airtel has sallowed?
