HELLO MY MOBILE NO. WAS 919935593840 & ACOUNT NO IS -116-100032751WITH NOKIA BUNDLE OFFER. AFTER FEW MONTH WHEN MY MARRIAGE IS BEING DESIDED THEN I VISITED AIRTEL OFFICE & I OPTTED AIRTEL TO AIRTEL STD PACK FOR WHICH I HAVE TO PAY ONE FIXED RENTAL. IT WAS OK FOR A MONTH.I WAS USING 4-5HOURS /DAY STD. DUE TO THIS MY USES WAS HIGH. AND MY REQUIREMENT WAS UN-INTRUPTED TALKING WITH MY WIFE. ONLY FOR THIS I USE TO PAY WITHIN A WEEK ADVANCE PAYMENT. BUT DUE TO REGULAR PROBLEM OF POOR NETWORK AND CALL DROPING I DECIDED TO CHANGE THE CONNECTION.I SUBMIT ONE APPLICATION ON AIRTEL LANKA VARANASI TO DISCONNECT IN 2006. THEY ACCEPT THE PAYMENT AND APPLICATION AND SAID TO COME NEXT DAY FOR PERMANENT DISCONNECT AND CLEARLLY SAID THAT YOU HAVE ADVANCE PAYMENT BUT NEXT MORNING THEY ASKED FOR PAYMENT FROM MY SIDE DUE TO DEACTIVATED STED PACK. THEN THEY CHECKED MY BILL AND SAY THAT ITS AN ERROR AND IT WILL TAKE TIME AND BE OK TILL DATE I AM WAITING . PL TAKE PROPER ACTION FOR MY PAYMENT of 2000 approx ballance advance plus security deposit rs.500
