Proplem regarding Airtel Credit Amount

Dear,

I close my Airtel Noida connection as i am permantely shifted to Kerala. But for connection closing they told me to pay extra amount and they told that they will revert amount by DD which is not happen. Now as connection is closed i am not able to do enquiey also.

Pls tell me want next step they will do.
