Airtlel customer care is ridiculous. Look at following scenario:
1) I am airtel customer in gujarat circle. Though i have paid my mobile bills (postpaid) the cut my outgoing!! Intrestengly when I called at call center they have excuses only no solutions (This is happened on 11/08/08) Now more intresting A custome care executive calls from mumbai that you have not paid bills, now you can imagine my anger!!..its rubbish men... they have system upgradation every time in defending... their exe are like robots, delivering speeches which were the got from training...
Their are many more serious incidents but restriction to post due to space here
PLEASE SUGGEST ME ANYONE TO WHAT TO DO? SUD I POST A CASE ON AIRTEL
