I have an airtel post paid mobile number belonging to jammu. for the past one month it has been noticed that any call coming to my mobile number comes without the identity number and so my phone showes it as unknown. It becomes really difficult for me to know as to who is calling me or whos call have i missed. i have checked my mobile phone and found the proble to be with the service provider and not the instrument. I have been trying to contact the customer care number 121 at jammu which is not giving any proper response. I am at present in south india on a short tour and here i contacted 121. they are not able to connect me to jammu customer care. they however gave me a customer care number of jammu 9906612345 which when called is lifted and disconnected with out any response. it becomes very difficult for me to know as to who calls me. it is requested that this matter may be looked into urgently.
