Sending me unneccsary bill

Hi

This is Ajit Shinde, from mumbai. Last year from one of Airtel Executive i took one airtel postpaid card. That time he gave me that card, giving wrong information about the plan.but after i confirmed with the helpline, i understood there is no such a plan. So i called up in helpline & told don't issue my card & dont activate my card. But still they activate my card & without sending any Sim card they send us me every month bill. Again i called up in helpline & repeat full story, i got replied like, your service will deactivated within 24 hrs & all. But after one year they send me bill with court notice. So any one please help me what should i do now.
