I am using Airtel Post paid corporate connection for the last 5 years and have a good credit history in my name. Recently i wanted to change my bill plan. I always had opted for 1000 national sms free on payment of a premium. I did indicate to the customer care executive whom i spoke (Preethi) that i wanted that Value add to stay in tact while my bill plan is getting changed. this was agreed upon by the executive. However much to my shock, this has not been considered while computing the bill. the response is farely bad and they dont treat the customer well
