Deactivation of mobile numbe

I am working in Reliance industries ltd. Jamnagar. I have taken the CUG post paid connection in Airtel (9558817912). I have given the address proof where i was living and i was about to transfer from bachelor accomodation to family accomodation. While investigation of address by Airtel staff it was found the address changed & he called me, then i told abt the address change and also agreed to submit the new address proof. I have again submitted the new address proof to Airtel office in Reliance Motikhavdi premisses on friday i.e. on 19th Jun'09. I am regularly following up with the staff in airtel office as well as in airtel customer care centre but there is no positive response from them.

I am also a corporate post paid sim card (Mobile no: 9998007912) holder of Airtel for last two year.

I am helpless now in this regard in getting activation of my mobile number (9558817912).

Your help in this regard would be highly appreciated.
