Subject: Billing Extra charge for call to 58888 and SMS to 58888 in my Bill without using service

Ref: Airtel CUG Post paid connection NO. 9662545237 & 9662545238

This has reference to my recent bills no 7855027 & 7855028 dated 24th August 09. In both the bills we have not used any airtel service, even though huge amount is charged in my bill as per following detail.

You are requested to arrange any technician to demonstrate or to explain that how any body can do such sms. We have not used this service at all and there is no record in my mobile also, even though huge amount is charged in my bill.

This is the matter of worry for me as well as for you also. Doubt of subbotage from your any employee or any competitors cannot be ignored. You are requested to do sincere inquiry in the matter and I am ready to cooperate for the same.

I am very unhappy with the reply of your all officer as you all are considering me as a criminal. You don't have trust on me. You just try to trust me and solve out my problem. I wanted to know how it happened? What about the bill of future's month? I am not worried for the bill of this month, but before paying out the bill I want satisfactory reply from your side and wanted to know the truth.

In the above connection my credit limit is Rs 1300.00 which is also increased without my concern and late the bill to go for huge amount. I have not received any satisfy reply from your any officer for the same.

You are also requested to waive the amount as per above from my bill and assure us to remove all airtel services from my connections as per above, so this incident cannot be repeated again.

We hope positive reply from you in the above matter.
