I am using AIRTEL post paid connection for the past 5 years. I have changed my bill plan 3 months before to the corporate plan (CUG 199 Special churn plan). And I have not been given all the discounts as per the plan and instead of that my bill plan is changed it to a different plan. I have contacted the authorities for the clarification and there is no response. Due to this I am not able to pay my bill and my bill amount has been getting accumulated and I have receiving frequent SMS to pay my bill or my outgoing calls will be barred. So I am taking this matter to you. I request you to help me to solve the case.
