DUE TO THAT, WE ARE FACING LOT OF UNWARRANTED WARNINGS / MESSAGES FROM AIR TEL AUTHORITIES AND DISCONNECTIONS. EVERY TIME, WE HAVE TO APPROACH ONE OF YOUR CUSTOMER CARE AND MAKING PAYMENTS AT FAG END STAGE. THIS TYPE OF SITUATION CREATING LOT OF PROBLEMS.
EVEN THOUGH, WE HAVE GIVEN COMPLAINTS PREVIOUSLY, NO PROPER ACTION TAKEN BY AIRTEL AUTHORITY
