I HAVE A POST PAID CONNECTION WITH AIRTEL AND WAS WITH A PLAN --CORPORATE 249. IT WAS CHANGED TO FLEXI PLAN 199 WITHOUT THE CONSENT OF ME. WHEN ENQUITRED IN THE CUSTOMER CARE IT WAS STATED THAT THE SALES PERSON HAS SENT THE MAIL FOR THE CHANGE IN THE PLAN. THE TICKET NO IS 17546441 AND IAM SURE THAT THERE IS NOT GOING TO BE ANY ACTION.
