Arring of Outgoing on post paid connection

Hi,

My payment receipts are 107-104550188

107 104550186-- This payment is for a no which was asked to be disconnected 6 month earlier, I have made first payment at 12 noon they never told me the reason for disconnection then I contacted 121 and at 7.30 PM they asked me to submit money for earlier disontinued number, now they are saying that i have made payment through card so they will not be able to start my outgoing.

This is making me to lose alot of revenue.

Pls log the complaint.
