False postpaid offe

Hi,

I was approached by a guy Santosh (09867050112) for a postpaid connection in Mumbai. I gave him Rs600 as entry fees and he vanished after this. His mobile is swithed off. I dont know what to do next. Looks like i have lost my money. Beware!
