Respected Sir,
I was having an airtel postpaid connection since last 6-7 months for which i have been paying the bill time to time, but bfore few days my postpaid sim was somehow damaged and then I got a new sim by the nearest airtel outlet (Jagat firm, Gr. Noida). I was told that my connection will be transferred to the new sim within 24 hours, but it was not done even after three days.
And when i asked airtel executives they told me that there is some amount due for another airtel postpaid connection that is allotted to me whereas there is no such connection of mine.
I went to consumer complaints forum but there I was instructed first to make the complain in your company after that to them if no action is taken on your behalf. So I kindly request you to look after my problem and activate my connection on the new sim as soon as possible.(Yet there is no amount due for this connection)
