Request for cancellation

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in reference to complain about an airtel connection at my father's residence. Pho No: 0124 4042312 A/C No: 10000033.

I had palced a request for cancellation of number but its been 2 months they have not closed the number & are sending bills for it.

I have been calling them to cancel it & they don't pay heed.

Please do somehting.
