Sir, I had purchase an Airtel postpaid connection (9928155201) on 12 Sep 06 on 12 monthly instalments @ of Rs. 99/- pm and till now I have paid 13 instalments even though as per the records maintained by customer care of Airtel communications 02 instalments are due against me. I request you to look into the matter and resolve the issue/discrepancy. Also if the instalment is not paid, the service is automatically disconnected.
