SIR IAM USING AIRTEL POSTPAID CONNECTION FOR MORE THAN 3YEARS, BUT LAST MONTH WHEN IAM USING GPRS SERVICE I WAS LOGGED TO A WAP SITE AND JUST SEARCHING THE CONTENTS, SUDDENLY I GOT TWO SMS THAT IHAVE CHARGED RS 60 FOR DOWNLOADING GAMES. I CONTACTED COUSTOMER CARE OFFICER AND TOLD ABOUT THIS HE GAVE A REFERENCE NUMBER AND AFTER A WEEK I CONTACT A HIGHER OFFICAL HE TOLD ME THAT PROBLEM IS DUE TO ACTIVE OF SOME SERVICE IN MY MOBILE. I AM SATISFIED WITH THIS REPLY AND ALSO ANOTHER PROBLEM IS WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR CONFORMATION ONE OF THEIR COUSTOMERCARE OFFICER HAS ACCTIVATED CALLER TUNE. THEY PROMISED ME THAT THESE COMPLAINTS WILL REVOKE AND AMOUNT WILL BE DEDUCTED BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE TILL NOW SO TAKE NECESSARY ACTION AND DEDUCT AMOUNT SOON THANKS MY MOBILE NUMBER9994444346
