Airtel Postpaid mobile connection
WRONG BILLING

I have been requesting Airtel since November to correct the wrong bill and regenerate fresh bill, but I receive no response at all. Every day one new person speak to me about the issue, I have to explain daily the story to them. After listening to the issue they say they will do something, but do nothing. This is going on for the last three months. They are only wasting daily 1-2 hours of my office time rather than solving the issue. I have sent complaint e-mails also. Today they have stopped my outgoing. If something can be done on this issue, I would be very happy. If Airtel does not want to cooperate with me I am ready to cancel my connection after solving this issue. Kindly help me in this matter. Thank you.
