I am unable to talk to customer care via cell as i m abroad and already sent mail to [email protected] more than a month before. i got a auto acknowledgement still i am waiting for aresponse instead, i m getting a ebill. and service charge is added also.
Well the cell is used (as roaming) by my parents, but as they stay far than the airtel office, they cant do, rather the connection is by my name. please suggest what else i need to do.
