Dear Sir,
I have subscribed post paid servises of AirTEl for last three years (Ph no. 9897899665). On 21 May Airtel suddenly stopped my outgoing calls with a sms that i had requested for address change. The fact is that i made no written or verbal request for address change, Even though i made visit to the Chakarta Road, Dehradun (Kanoght Place Office) of Airtel and submitted verified documents to the above mention office and was given an assurance that they will resume outgoing services of my phone by 48 hrs.
Since then, I made innumerable request to Airtel for resumption of services but got no satisfactory answer fron any one of the customar care executive, After a fortnight of mental harasment, i irequested AirTel customer care to either resume the service or send me fresh invoice of monthly bill of the date till they provided me the services me i.e. 21 May. So i can formmally delink from Airtel
Airtel does not respond to my request till date and sends the monthly charges to me very month on my email address.
The above mentioned affair has given me tremendous mental trauma and has been consuming my mental energy.
My i seek your help in resolving the issue.
