THE ABOVE SET IS BEING USED BY MY WIFE SAROJINI TRIPATHY, BY MISTAKE SOMEBODY MISUSED THE SECURITY SETTINGS, THEN SET ASKED TO ENTER PUKCODE, AFTER CONTACTING AIRTEL CUSTOMERCARE, THEY PROVIDED PUK CODE, THE SET REOPENED, JUST AFTER SOME HOURS THE SAME PROBLEM STARTED, AGAIN I ASKED TO CUSTOMERCARE, THEY INSTRUCTED TO ENTEPUK CODE, ENTERED&OPENED.BUT AFTER SOMEHOUR THE SET BECOME INACTIVE.WHAT SHOULD I DO.
