Dear Customer care,

I am your prepaid Account holder My name is Seema negi & my air tell no is 9818512802 .

This number is on my brother's name ARUN SINGH NEGI.

I am really got upset with your customer care executives & your prepaid division's Supervisors as well as. I Do not know how they are treating customer's problem and just seating there to playing with phone calls.

I am keep telling them my problem that i am receiving n nos of call from different different nos since more than one week and they people are complaining that I am giving them miss call and I am not.

Hence i did get in touch with your sincerely executives and they given me three complaint nos (different days) which are 10118130420071117669 & 0121105672 and did ensure me that my problem will resolve within 24 hours but i want to bring in your knowledge that they have not due to this i am facing a lot.

You are kindly requested to get into this and end it with a appropriate salutation as you are suppose to do.
