I have 2 Airtel mobile connections:
My first mobile number is 9890091646. I have not subscribed to any service and yet I am being deducted Rs. 3/- everyday as charges for "VAS service"??? Please immediately look into this and stop these deductions. If this is a way of getting the customer to forcibly re-charge the life-time account, please be informed that I will be cancelling both my Airtel numbers and subscribing to another service provider.
My second mobile number is 9970672920. The SMS facility is not working in this. Everytime I have an important message to send, it never goes. This is happening for nearly a month now (as on 19-Jun-09).
Please immediately look into the above 2 problems and also let me know if I can avail of free-calls between my 2 Airtel numbers as this facility is there in another network provider. Otherwise, like I said earlier, I will have to cancel your service. I am not willing to pay unjustified amounts to Airtel!!
