I have purchased a connection No.9971899352 Airtel lifetime Prepaid on 01.11.08. On 04.11.08 one executive from Airtel called me on my earlier MTNL Trump No. and informed that my prepaid services of Airtel are being activated and the sim is in grace period, so that I should recharge it within 15 days to avoid loss of existing balance of 10 Rs. Igot 2 more messages from Airtel upto 07.11.08. On 08.11.08, I tried to recharge my prepaid account the whole day, but the no. supplied for the same was not accepted and I could echarge the same only through easy recharge on 09.11.08, but since the activation of my Airtel connection, I could not call or receive any call on this connection. Even Airtel Customer Care did not give any response. I am totally fed up with the careless attitude from such a reputed company. I am a Govt. servant and I gave my Id card and address proof of my office with the verification form
