I recently brought a new airtel sim-card for Rs 400 with a year long validity. The retailer told me that with a 31 rs recharge i could get a Rs1 std activated which was not to be in my case. When i called the customer care they say that they could change my plan only after the validity (i.e. one year) gets over and asked me to ask my retailer as to why he didnt let me know before hand which is completely baseless. And adding to that they say that it is not the company's problem as it is the customer's problem to know of all these hassles beforehand.
