As an airtel subscriber for a pretty long time now I have no hesitation in saying that it is probably the worst cellular service provider in the country. It is impossible to get across to the customer care representative (funny that 121-2-3-9... the number does not exist!!!). On reaching the number you get an order to send airtel as an sms to 121. You just cant put your complaint across. This i have been enduring for the past year or so. Nevermind the cusomer disregard that seems to be the motto of this company. Today's tryst of mine with this company seemed to be heading courtward. I got a Rs.240/- topup done today at 10:12 pm and this is what I get as a message... Recharge successful on 08-02 at 10:13 PM.Talktime Rs 0.00.MRP Rs.240.00.Trans ID 583858104.Dial *12*#(toll free) blah blah and the regular airtel nonsense.
Now sirs, kindly let me know as to what i should do to set it straight one last time!!!
