I recharged my airtel prepaid number through HDFC net banking for INR 500 on the 6th of Feb and till today the balance has not been transfered to my account. However the money was instantly debited from my account. I have spoken umpteenth number of times with the customer care, and everytime I have been promised a resolution and a call back. Today is the 10th of Feb still nothing has been done. I fail to understand the standard and level of efficency an organisation like Airtel is providing. It is disgraceful and highly shameful.
