iam having airtel prepaid sim. number 09867194895 . my problem is that they activate many service without my concerned like gprs, miss call alert, daily horoscope, caller tune . and they just send message that your service is activated and this amount will deduct from your account . if we do complaint to customer care centre then they say sorry sir its system mistake and it will deactivate in 24 hrs and for two days they deduct the amount.and they dont refund the money .sir please help me.
