Faulty Recharge Offe

I got message from airtel cust No. AI-SplRC492 on 22/03/09 at 01:30:52PM as "Recharge kijiye Rs.492 se aur payiye Rs.492 ke talktime ke sath local calls airtel per 50 pa, others 60 p, LL60 p aur STD Rs.1 per min mein pack validity 30 din" & I did recharge of Rs.492 for getting same offer on 22/03/09 at 7:34 PM & I got talktime of Rs.365.00 only..

Please forword the complent for possitive solution.
