Airtel Prepaid
Does not refund the wrongly deducted money and does not provide any information rightly

On 4th May the balance of my prepaid was wrongly deducted for GPRS service - I had activated daily rental while money was kept deducting volume baseis. On 5th the balance was made zero and my cell outgoing completely blocked.

I have logged almost 15 complaints and awaited duly resolution time commited bythe senior executives.

But they give false commitments and eat consumer money.

Also trouble a lot when call thier toll free number for details ; never providing any reasonable answer.
