Connection problem

When i dail to a no std or local the call get conected but one side talk happens and the call value

will be deducted from my account past one month this is happening pls take care of this.this functionis happening to each and every one of the airtel coustamers at j.k lakshmi cement ltd jaykaypuram.most of the oeople has changed their operator.pls look in to this matter.
