Non activation of duplicate sim card

To whomsoever it may concern.

I, Malcolm, (9967294642) had lost my sim card and immediately had ordered airtel to block my card. they did the same. subsequently, i aquired a duplicate sim card from the airtel gallery in mulund, mumbai. they had assured me that my sim would be activated in 24 hours. i have lost a count of the number of hours past since i got my duplicate sim card. but yet it has not been activated. after several calls to the customer care, i havent got a proper solution. they are asking me to go to the mulund centre again to seek clarification. i want the airtel people to know that i am not sitting here just to visit your centres now and then. i have loads of other important work.i would ask you to look in to this matter at the earliest and come up with a logical and quick solution.
