Tariff plan activation

My no is 9928768736 and i am using a tariff plan for Rs. 148 f per month,

frm last year, in starting of june month i recharged this no with the same tariff and its not working now with my nos. i have visited customer care 3 times, and make call to customer care so many times..i got only a single answer that it will be work from tommorow and with same words i have been passed more then one month, and still getting the same answer from customer care or any other source to solve it.

as per my knowledge airtel is a reputed company, but practically i am facing its poor and cheapest service, even when i made a call for customer care, i got different types of answer, someone is saying above tariff has closed now, someone saying this plan has changed with other amount tariff, and sometimes they said to Reactivation for this plan.from the same place i got diffrent answer.which make a confusion and suffering from last month. and also lost my money and time for this...

still i am not getting any responsible answer for this problem...

i hope there is some responsible peoples handling this company. and working for a long time customer relationship, and now i request to company if they are not able to make any sollution for my problem..kindly inform me... how to deactivate a pre paid sim...
