Money disappearing from card

Oss i too hav complaints... i kept my sim 9729253311 out of service for 2 months they deducted 30 rs by saying bollywod fusion service has been activated on airtel wap u are charged rs 15.after ist time i made a complaint but again they deducted it.also i was in roaming hence halpless...
