I had asked for a duplicate sim from roshan telecom an authorised dealer of airtel in kodambakkam . a female executive took my request and gave me a duplicate sim card as my previous sim card was damaged promising that the connection will be active in another 4 hours at the maximum . its been more than 24 hours now .. and the connections shows failed registration . this delay has caused me inconvenience.
